An Overview of IKH Training

IKH Training is a three-year training with a year of graduate studies. It consists of:

Year One:

4 three-day weekends

Years Two & Three:

4 four-day weekends

Year Four:

2 three-day weekends of
advanced healings &

3 two-day weekends of
Impersonal Movement

The deep transformational work of IKH is learned in an atmosphere of safety, love, acceptance and integrity. The weekends, while challenging, are filled with the spirit of joy and laughter. In each year of the training, class time includes work with each student’s personal process in order to help uncover the obstacles—whether from personal history, self-images or belief systems—that prevent us from being in true relationship to ourselves, others and the greater reality we sometimes call God.
